The base price includes: task analysis, artistic design development, preparatory work (music selection, composition creation), an agreed number of rehearsals with performers, and the final production on site. The following may be calculated separately: the cost of a rehearsal space, the work of invited performers, royalties for musical accompaniment, and the production of props.
Typically, a basic concept and recommendations for props/costumes are provided. Their production, rental, or purchase can be arranged either by the performer (for an additional fee) or directly by the client, according to the approved list.
Full technical equipment (sound, lighting, stage) is usually provided by the venue or contracted separately by the client, in close coordination with the project's artistic director.
A team is formed for the project based on the task at hand. All contractual and compensation matters for the specialists involved are discussed and specified in the agreement in advance. The client has complete transparency regarding the team composition and budget allocation.
